Rego Park, Queens · Opening mid-October
Four bays, open 24/7, nobody in your way.
A precision golf studio in Rego Park — Trackman iO and Uneekor Eye XO2, from $40 an hour. Book on your phone, get a door code, walk in and hit. At noon or at three in the morning. There is no front desk, because there is nothing to ask for.

24/7
Not “late hours.” Actually every hour. The building runs itself, so there is no closing time to work around.
Unstaffed, not unattended
Nobody hands you a key. Your phone does.
BayEight has no front desk and no staff on site. That is not a cost-cutting apology — it is why the doors open at 5am and why an hour before noon costs $40. Here is exactly what happens.
Book the hour you want
Pick a bay and a time. Pay at booking. Ninety seconds on your phone, no call, no waiting on anyone to write back.
Your access code arrives
A door code lands in your messages the moment you book, and it activates shortly before your slot. It's yours alone and it expires when your hour does.
Walk in and hit
The same code opens your bay. The simulator is already awake and loaded to your booking — no setup, no login screen, no waiting on a projector to warm up.
And when it doesn’t go smoothly
- If something breaks
- Every bay is remotely monitored, and support can take over a bay's system from off-site to fix most problems without you doing anything. If we can't get you playing, the hour is refunded — you don't have to ask.
- If you're locked out
- Text the number on the door. Codes are re-issued in under a minute. The system already knows your booking; you don't have to prove anything.
- Who else is inside
- Only active bookings open the front door. Bays are fully enclosed, access is controlled at every entry, and cameras cover the common areas — never inside a bay.
The bays
Three bays to practise. One with its own door.
Every bay is the same room — 15 × 20 ft of floor, 11 ft of clear ceiling, a 10 × 14 ft impact screen, two 35-inch displays on the wall. Bay 4 adds a private entrance and Trackman iO. Have a look around it.

Trackman iO
Bay 4 has its own door. Walk in, close it, and the room is yours — no through-traffic, nobody watching. It's the bay to book for a club fitting, a coaching session, or any hour where you'd rather not have an audience.
- Dual-radar tracking, the same measurement standard used on tour and in professional fitting studios
- Club path, face angle, attack angle, dynamic loft, spin axis — measured, not estimated
- Private entrance, so a lesson stays between you and your coach
Coaches are welcome in any bay. The suite is for when you want the session private.
+ $10 / hour
Bays 1–3Overhead cameras. Nothing on your clubs.
Uneekor Eye XO2
High-speed cameras mounted directly above the ball read club and face at impact with nothing clipped, stickered, or taped to your equipment. Right or left handed, no calibration, no setup — walk in and hit.
- Ceiling-mounted, so there's nothing behind you to swing into and nothing to reposition
- Optional Swing Optix cameras give you real video of impact, not a rendering
- Reads every club in the bag from a 60° wedge to driver, both handed
Same screen, same mat, same room as the suite — just a different way of measuring.
The app
Your range session, still there tomorrow.
Most simulator time disappears the moment you walk out. Every shot you hit at BayEight is logged to your account — club and ball data, session by session — so the work compounds instead of resetting.
- Book in three taps
- Live availability across all four bays, with your member rate already applied.
- Every session, saved
- Club and ball data from every shot you've hit here, kept in one place instead of a screenshot on your phone.
- Replay with the numbers
- Watch the swing back beside the data from that exact shot, not an average of your session.
- Coaching that reads your data
- Patterns across sessions — the miss that keeps coming back, the gap between two clubs — surfaced without you digging for them.

Answers about your game, not just numbers.
Every shot you hit here is logged against your account. Ask it anything — where you sit on this week’s board, what changed since last spring, when the next quiet bay is — and it answers from your data, then books the hour for you.

Bay 4 is the only Trackman iO on the floor — the radar tour players and fitters use. Worth it the day you stop guessing at your gaps.
Members book 14 days out. Everyone else, on the day.
Or stop paying by the hour
Memberships are capped on purpose. With four bays, letting everyone in would mean members competing with the public for the same hours — so each tier has a hard limit, and when it’s full it’s full.

What’s inside
3,100 square feet and not one distraction.
No bar, no kitchen, no music over the top of your backswing. What you get instead is four enclosed bays, honest turf, and a room quiet enough to hear contact.
Fully enclosed bays
Acoustic wall treatment and partitions on every bay, and no music playing over the top. You hear your strike, not the group next door.
Real hitting surfaces
Commercial hitting mats and stance turf with adjustable tee height, replaced on a schedule rather than when they wear through.
No bar, no kitchen
There is no food service, no alcohol, and no event programming. That's deliberate — it's what keeps the hourly rate where it is and the room quiet.
A putting green
A dedicated practice green outside the bays, free to use while you wait or after your hour. Most people leave strokes on the green, not the tee.
Lockers
Leave your clubs here for $50 a month. Included on Elite, available to Core.
